Blog Esseantials !

Hi All,

This is my foray into the blogging world. As goes with the territory, anything new is exciting, and excited indeed I am at finally having taken the plunge. It has taken a long time coming, interspersed as it was with continuous prodding of freinds and well wishers and encouragements from family. I sincerely hope the wait would be worth.

The contents of the blog would mainly be a commentary on issues of current importance and import. The way I look to structure the blog is that I shall be able to post regular articles on the raging theme of the day. If there are no themes in currently, then trust me to invent one.

And here is a promise – the views will be correct and only correct, political import be damned! However, since I consider myself to be a serious blogger, there would be no space for the usual pedantry.

PS: The blog will have a dedicated space for extracts from international media, for publishing’s, which maybe related to the tastes that this blog intends to address. Similarly there will be space for contributory articles from readers. I hope  that readers will contribute and encourage them to do so, of course only if they wish to !!
